A Giant

I am very pleased to have acquired this magnificent animal.He appears to have twice as much or almost as much weight as a seven inch fish.He is 3.5 years old.He has never been medicated.He came from Upper Canada Discus.Grew up on BH mix.He is a Reflection deep.

He has shown up on SD before as a youngster.Glenn from Nova Scotia,Canada grew him out.a very good job indeed.His female hit her head on the lid,so Glenn rehomed him and I'm happy that he asked me to take him.

that's very nice of Glenn and I would be happy too to have something like him. So far i only grow out 7.5" and the other .5" very hard do so. I love giant/jumbo discus.

Bob Garside (Upper Canada Discus) is a veteran around Discus and is very well known for the quality he houses in his fish room palace.
Glenn has done a remarkable job raising it and envy of you to have it in your possession.

woah! thats a whopper i am super happy to have a couple like this now, i got them from someone getting out of the hobby and trying to get them healthier, they were a big neglected but they are enormous and its making ALL my other discus look tiny.....bummer because i thought they were big before LOL :p

An up date.This fella has some erosion(HITH),but is starting to heal over with the water changes.The previous owner said that it had been neglected for a while and that's how I ended up with him.He said it deserved a better home.The discus ate for the first time yesterday,not once but twice,so he is getting settled in,finally.He used one gill at a time so I dewormed him and is breathing from both gills now.
