Was reading about GBD (Gas Bubble Disease). It is ok to perform water change using with tube hose along with airstone? I am concern that the newly added water directly from tap combine with air stone may cause GBD?

the air stone will generally help more against the gas bubble disease since you are actually helping to outgas the excess stuff that built up in the extremely cold tap.

However, the best way to prevent it is to age, aerate, and heat the water for a number of hours. I live in California so we rarely have extremely cold anything but for you this is a legitimate problem that could affect your fish, if it is not too much of a hassle, put together a water reservoir to age water change water.

Air bubbles don't hurt, they help. Air bubbles lift gases to the surface. When the bubble pops the gas escapes into the air.
