One of my Discus is shaking vibrating does that mean it wants to mate? Does it mean its female or male? Its a 4.5" shaking in front of a 5".

Ryan and Keith have answered question #1. I've have no experience in breeding discus but to answer your second question, the only way you'll be able to tell whether it's male or female is when they spawn.

Shaking is a breeding behavior but not all shaking is a breeding behavior.
