DISEASE QUESTIONNAIRE

Problem

1. Please explain the problems with your fish. When did you notice the problems and did anything unusual happen that you think started them?

White spots on Melon's gill plates a few days ago, has some whitish short string like areas inside gills for a few weeks...
Checkered Turquoise and Altum has had exaggerated gill movements and inside gill plates protrude out beyond outside covering... was like this since arriving almost a month ago.

2. Symptoms (i.e. turning dark, excess slime, not eating, clamped fins, flashing, darting, clamped gills, white/yellow/green poop, hiding, headstanding or tailstanding, white on tips of fins, rotting or fungus, blisters/white zits on fish, bloated, cloudy eyes, wounds).

Most fish now look stressed, droopy fins. Melon will eat some bloodworms, kind of shy and hides some of the time.. All other fish eating well. I have seen some stringy lighter color feces, unsure which fish.
Checkerboard is looking the most stressed, extreme clamped fins, stress bars showing now.. still very active and eating LOTS... this is the border collie of fish!! real high drive fish!!

3. What medications/ treatments have you already tried and what were the results. Include dosage and duration of treatment.

Initially I'd increase the frequency of water changes before adding more meds.
