I do! Love it. Keeps good quality on upload unlike other sites.

Same here. I also have a photobucket account but don't use that for actual photos, just for day to day stuff. Flickr only adds a few behind the scene subtle PP.

I just uploaded the same picture I had on Flickr for comparison. Check below. Photobucket on the right, Flickr on the left. Photobucket automatically decreased image size and quality, while Flickr uploads exactly what I upload and lets me choose what size to share.

Yup, I've done the same thing Matt and Photobucket just really messes with their behind the scenes edits. I wish they had an option to opt out, and I've reached out to them about it, but there is nothing to be done.

Granted, I have not used other hosting sites. I really should start my own website though...that would help the photo hosting, lol.

I've thought the same many times. Just a site for a gallery and hosting space lol. I use Flickr for any photos I want to share and stay HQ, like the NADA tank pics or any real photography I do. Photobucket for me is reserved for quick uploads of funny images, photoshopped images, screenshots used as examples, profile pics, etc. To me its kind of like Viemo vs Youtube for videos. One is usually more high quality while the other is everything on the face of the earth (still HQ but not as....artsy?)

Well Chris, I installed Flickr on my phone and did manage to upload a picture. I can not tell you how to do it as I fumbled my way thru it. I still had to copy the url on a computer as the iphone has a horrible copy/paste capability.

I've had the flickr app for quite some time and I have never tried to upload from the phone directly. As of now, I can't figure out how to do it but I will keep trying.

I will play with it too. To be honest I've never used the app as I'm usually going from the computer direct to the site. I'll let you know what I come up with.
