I have heard screaming rave reviews. I am not a chemist. So, I am not gonna take a stab at it. Can someone tell me if this is any good?

I know someone who dosed their tank with it and claims his discus starting starting spawning with 3 weeks. It's a bit pricey so I am hoping the experts can research for this product.
