I am in Jersey and we're anticipating a serious storm with power outages. I have a little "jump box" for my truck that jumps batteries and has a a lighter outlet. I am going to get an inverter to plug in to it and supply my heater. That's only gonna give me a few hours of heating stick only, nothing else. Any suggestions as to get through this McGyver style? There are NO generators around anywhere....SOLD OUT!

1. will my jump box, if attached to a car battery, supply that jump box to make it a power supply.
2. any ideas as to keep the tank warm?

How long is the power outtage? Short is ok, air is more important.

Battery operated air pump for the air. For the heater, I can only think of generator, but others may have better solutions.

My neighbor came to the rescue. Ran a cord from their generator to my house for tank. Thanks for the replies.
