Hi I'm Marc I'm new to SD thought I'd say hello and share some pics of my tank. I got into discus about5 months ago. I bought a thirty seven gallon tank for community fish and I saw some discus at my local Petco that I bought after some research I realized I needed a bigger tank and picked this up. I'm going to be adding five more fish from Kenny's discus in a couple weeks. Lost a couple fish from Petco that I shouldn't have purchased not going to get any more fish from.

I also have an iPhone. Go to the App Store and download the photobucket app to your iPhone. This will allow to download photos from iPhone onto simplydiscus.

I got my tank second hand was told it was a 140. Measured it out it's only a 125. Here's a side view of it. Marc, maybe it just me but your Discus look a little skinny (underfed).
I just re-read and I see you next fish are coming from Kenny. Wish you ha gone to Kenny 1st.
I think it's just the picture the pigeon is a bit thin he wouldn't eat for a few weeks but is eating well now and regaining weight. I got these fish from Petco which was a big mistake. The only good that came from that is that it introduced me to discus. I was not really aware of them before the fish I got from Kenny are amazing they make my old fish look really bad. My tank is at max capacitor now. Think I might give away the pigeon and smaller red Melon in a few months and replace them with a two more of Kenny's fish I want a yellow and a red fish. I picked up from Kenny two checkerboard pigeons two leopard w/ ring gene and a mercury in the 3.5-4 inch range here some of the new fisjh

Some photos of my fish. My fish from Kenny are growing well and coloring up nicely. I especially like the shape of the mercury. I can't really capture it with the camera but the mercury has almost an iridescent look to it when it hits the light right it shows a lot of pink and blue.
