Major PH Swing

My water comes from my well, which has a PH of 6.5 and enough iron to stain the sinks, tubs, commode, etc even after passing thru an iron filter. When I age my water PH rises to 8.4 and the iron settles to the bottom as rust. What would you do? I believe I will just age the water and use it.

Aeration/aging will dry off dissolved gasses like CO2 which are an acid.

As long as it is steady they should do fine.
