I need to know witch works best to do a fishless cycle on my 75 gallon aquarium.

something made by Dr Tim who hold's or held the patent on that bio-soup. I've used it many times and put fish right in with never one problem. Let me state though this was back when it needed to be refrigerated I have not use the newer non-refrigerated stuff.
