Male fertilising but not eating any food?

Hey I have a young pair who only paired a 10 days ago

Since pairing he female has spawned twice
First time he make ate them all straight away
Second time he fertilized and then ate them later when other discus were fighting his female partner( aiming to get them into their own tank with in the week).

Since they paired the male has not eaten and food?
Has anyone else had this issue?
All he has eaten in 10 days is eggs:/

Please let me know your experiences

All other fish are happy and healthy

Discus can go a very long time without eating. I would not worry yet.
