I can fill out the questionnaire if need be but I'm thinking my issue may be pretty direct.

Well established tank, water parameters good (0,0,2-5 ph 7-7.2), no recent additions. Community tank with no real aggression.

The discus in question is/was definitely the dominate of the group. Yesterday he was relentlessly chasing everyone (pretty common for him) but for the first time I actually saw a couple of the discus call his bluff and not run away like usual.

This morning I woke up to what appears to be a possible swim bladder issue. He's not staying near the top, but his swimming looks struggled and wiggly vs the usual graceful swimming I see. As soon as I approach the tank he swims normally again doing the greedy get my attention back and forth begging for food, but when I'm not at the tank he looks like he's struggling.

Here is a short video. Sorry for the quality, I had to sneak it from pretty far away using zoom because as I said, when I get close he swims fine again.

I have successfully treated for swim bladder infection with Furan-2. My fish was alternately swimming as yours does, then rolling and drifting, turning upside down then right side up. He was completely cured. HTH. -Don
