Hello everyone, i have 3 discus, and lately the larger one started being more aggressive during feedings. Would this be because of a number of discus? And if a add 2-3 more this should stop?

Thank you
Here is a video:

Nice video. Typical big bully syndrome. Yes, you should add more Discus to at least disperse the aggression, but no the aggression will probably not stop but it should be spread out between more fish.

Three fish, with one being much larger can get much worse than this. Mother Nature isn't fair or nice.:D

Yes, its a frozen beefheart and they do like it, but i made this video at the end of their feeding when they were not as active.

Looks just like my tank, lol. What's great is, eventually the smaller ones won't run and go toe to toe. After a couple of those moments it calms down considerably. I have only one who has never took a run at anyone and he is one of the biggest.

Have you tried feeding on two sides of the tank that way maybe the smaller one can get a little more to eat. You may need to try that more then once so the little ones don't starve.
