My vertical tiger striped pair had taken a break from spawning for a while. Their tank is in my office at my veterinary clinic. I also bring my lab to the clinic with me. The surge protector with the heater and filter plugged into it is on the floor under the tank. Well my lab must have sat on or stepped on the switch. I came in the next morning and noticed it was off:angry: Temp was 73.
The pair appeared fine, as things warmed up they began to court and clean the cone. They spawned by the end of the day.
I know that adding a little cooler water at a water change can trigger spawning. This was not the way I wanted to prove that to myself.

Bill, I have a lab. They are such big lovable dog but light and graceful on their feet they are not. Glad all turned out well. :)

Bill I have a Bouviere des Flandres and he also is not light on his feet or graceful.

I hope your spawn is a good one.
