View Full Version : Clearance for estopp 300 gph overflow
Any one know how much space you need between the tank and wall for the 300 gph overflow. Gonna try to move my tank forward tonight. Only have 2 inches behind it now

I give at least 6-7" between the wall and the tank. It gives you room to work.
I would say more and about 10" because you'll give couple inches between overflow and wall to avoid water damage or room to work on plumbing. it's just me.
I was in a rush when I set up the tank didn't leave nearly enough room. I might put it on the side there's a foot of space between the side of the tank and wall. I drained it down about 70% the other night and couldn't budge it
