I was there for doctors appointments on Tuesday and it was really bad. There were still people missing according to Houston news. The flooding was awful took me 3 hours to get to MDA cancer for appointments.

I live in Houston - Monday I experienced a six -10 hr electric down and another 2 hr on Tues. Glad I had worked through some back up planning on the downtimes.

Because only 6-10 and happened overnight did not hook up portable generator, but if it hadn't been up in the morning that would have been first thing.

Given the timing and etc. the plan was the first 10-12 hrs was do nothing...... so ........
