posibly but there are cases where the fishes eyes are too big and fish still grows to be a monstor.And they do tend to be pointy when young.He does look a little stunted to me but fairly healthy though.But for the asking price you could pick up some mean healthy discus from sponsors here.Just a suggestion

yeah, the coloration is more indicative of the older age here. I have seen younger discus that have this general shape, but at that age, they would have very little color. Pass that "deal" up and buy from one of our sponsors.

Rod knows a quality discus and will help you out. Because of the tightening regulations on imports, I think he had to give up importing. He's probably breeding discus though.
