I have permission from Al to post my podcast here.
I host a network of podcasts called The American Variety Network! I have talk show called the American Talk Show, a cooking show called the American Variety cooking show, and a fish keeping podcast called the American Aquarium Show. I have moved from Blogtalkradio ( a site that is good but I did NOT own my content and I got tired of all the trolls) and have moved over to a much bigger and better site. I am on a real internet radio station now and my shows can be heard on tune-in the app which can be downloaded on your smartphone and/or your car.
I will be doing Discus cichlid shows often and I will post them here for all of you so you can get a chance to listen. I'll also post all of my shows if you want to hear them.
I will be airing 3 days a week, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays at 7 PM EASTERN, 6 PM CENTRAL, 5 PM MOUNTAIN, and 4 PM PACIFIC and 12 AM GMT.
Tonight I will be doing my first show which will be a welcome show! Wednesday I have my first discus show at 7 pm est.

Hey sorry for the late reply. Apparently when I hit the broadcast button I had set it to private and nobody could hear it. Rookie mistake on my part.
