Hey guys I have a fluval 406 and I was wondering if I can make or buy a spotted flow out tube

Are you referring to a Fluval Spray Bar Kit.....If so,
Yes they sell them but be prepared to spend $25 - $30.
If you know the size of hose...you can buy plastic pipe and elbows at any home improvement box stores.
Plan out what you need and size to create your own DIY spray bar.
