Need some help with video post

I have a 53 second video of my new Kenny's Discus that I would like to post. Posting resized pic has been no problem. Video has been resized, but I can't fiqure out how to post it. Tells me too big, or invalid. Video is 18.1 MB. Please help. Thank you.

Bob, If you are trying to upload the video to Simply directly that will not work. You can create a youtube account and upload the video and then link it here using the Insert Video icon. This thread might help http://forum.simplydiscus.com/showthread.php?106217-YouTube-How-to-and-FAQ.
