Does anyone know if Penang Eruptions breed true?

No snakeskins breed 100% true. You will get about 67% snakes and 33% 9 barred fish on average. IN my opinion a double dose of the snakeskin gene is a deadly gene combination. The vast, vast majority of double snakeskins never leave the cone. I doubt the eggs ever develop at all.

Eruptions, you will get Snakes, Snake striated, Spotted Snakes, Leopards, turquoise, spotteds and LLS, got luck culling.

Just because all the offspring won't be penangs, doesn't necessarily mean they will be culls.....

You have to be diligent with the water changes, 150% a day at least, rock solid pH, generous bbs feeding once they're off the cone and vacuum detritus after they are full. Fail at any one of these and you will not have viable fry, (not fries, may I add...).
