Here are two quick videos of my laetacara dorsigera (red breasted acara) showing some flaring and dancing directly after a cool water change. Their eggs never make it in this show tank with the tetras and corydoras looming around, but I always find it fun to watch them court. I do plan to breed them one day, am just letting them get a few spawns under their belt in the show tank before pulling them. As suspected, male is big one (and he is a fatty at that) and female is smaller more colored in the videos. Shout out to Ryan for having these as his avatar and turning me on to this genus.
