Long Vacation Question

I'm going on vacation for two weeks. I was wondering if you guys have any suggestion on how to prep the tank for such a long vacation. My father will come over and do water changes, maybe 2-3 times while i'm gone.

The tank is 150 gallons I've a Fluval FX6 filter running on it. I have 11 discus ranging from 5.5-7 inches.

Stop feeding about 2 days before you leave, do a large water change the day you leave, turn the lights off, and then just leave the tank alone. Enjoy your vacation and the fish should be fine while you are gone.
