Sorry for the problem you are having. Here's what I can tell you.

I received an email from Pet Mountain Thursday morning about this special offer.

The coupon code is 1006-280-531-226 the hyphens are necessary.

I placed an order yesterday and Pet Mountain has processed it.

The offer clearly states that it expires Oct 2 at midnight Pacific time.

Their phone number on the email is 888-373-8686.

Suggest you try it again, and call them if it does not work.

don't sweat it Paul I still got a good deal on Purigen and yes they are suppose to put something in "My File" to get 10% next time I order, today if they would of save me 8.00 it would of cost me 10.00 as I would of had to pay shipping...
