Hello all,
I have seen a lot of post regarding white stringy or cotton like poo and intestinal lineing. Can someone post pictures of the two so I can get a base line on what is what and what I should be concerned about? Thanks in advanced.

Bump... I still want to know the difference and pictures would be nice. I really just want to see the picture of the "Bad Poop" and what is normal intestinal shedding.

there is no "normal intestinal shedding" and I think the two should be viewed more as synonymous rather than two separate entities.

I see post with fish who have stringy/mucous substance and then I have seen solid whit poop. On occasions I have seen one of my fish with the stringy/mucous substance for a day or so then normal thick brown poop and never saw the mucous again. Just wanting to know the difference between poop that is a sign of infection and not. Is any sight of the mucous poop a immediate indication of a internal intestinal issue? Or is it just normal fish bowel movements.
