I added to my mix on the recommendation of another member. Does it help? Well, my discus ate it with the same gusto as my previous BH, so who's to say?

I use 3 Tablespoons in my BH recipe...


1 pound of Beef heart
1 pound shrimp
1 pound of Tilapia
3/4 pound of cooked spinach
250-400 grams of peas (100% organic baby food)
3 Tbsp of Spirulina powder
3 Tbsp paprika powder
3 gloves of garlic
2 egg yolks

It's sound very good, I try follow next week but I will add in banana hahahaha...
