I think getting this is going to put me overboard with my obsession with discus.

Yes I do and I'm actually going to get a second one this evening LOL.

You can zoom in but its not that great or move the camera around. You pretty much have it focused on the tanks you want and that's it really

It's ok and the software works good. You have better ones on the market but at $50, you can't go too wrong on the purchase.

Make sure you update the firmware on the camera else you'll never get it connected to the new software for your phone

If you have multiple tanks then this might not work for you. But again you can get an expensive camera but for what LOL.

Anyway I like it and my buddy has 3 of them too for viewing his birds. Again works but if you're looking for a wow camera this isn't it hahaha
