Al,

Its a Iphone app called "color Pop" its really fun to play around with pictures. That is a great picture, I didn't even enhance the colors just blacked out the rest that pair has great colors.

Search for something like color splash, color editor, something like that. I have never had a Droid so not sure how the apps work.
