pair not laying

hey all ive got a nice pigeon pair that have spawned a few times in a sumped system, they were in there own tank. I now have them in another tank with a small sump hooked up to it and now I cant get them to spawn, they are getting fed BH water changes with RO once a week. they seem happy but I cant get them to do the deed. if you have any advice on how I can get them to spawn that would be great,

While pairs can just go off cycle I normally find that when this happens that just are not as healthy/happy as you think they are. I change 50% of the water n my pairs everyday. If you are feeding BF you will need to also.
