Okay so I have my first shipment of discus coming from Kenny in about 2 weeks so I'm trying to find out where I can get good quality Beefheart. Does anyone sell it here on the forum?

If your LFS sells cichlids, they most likely sell frozen cubed beef heart. Just ask them.

P.S. Also find one that sells live bloodworms. I buy 1 ounce a week to feed my 4 discus.
