How do my juvies look?

I'm First time discus owner. Bought these guys from a local breeder a month ago and they've put on about 1/2" of growth since that time. Most are around 3 - 3.5". How do they look? Are they stunted at all?

I think it is too early to make a decision,do not look stunted.Nice red eyes.

None look any larger than 3", mostly smaller, but they look pretty good so far. Appear just like young approx. 3 month old fish.
