What are the best pH, GH, KH, conductivity and TDS parameters for high hatch rate? Do all these parameters matter?

Most in my little circle just look at TDS and shoot for around 70 or so.

Try to achieve a KH of 4 and a GH of 8, TDS below 80 and pH 6.8 to 7. Hope this helps

Just my personal experience,

My water is usually between 80 and 110 TDS, and I have pretty much 100% hatch out so long as they are fertilized.
I used to worry it was too hard, but apparently it's fine.

It is likely related to what is in the water and not to the TDS by itself. I have a conductivity of 740 µS and still get nearly 100 % hatch rate. What I am trying to say is try it first, you may not need to mess with the water.

Definitely some truth to this, a lot of different things make up TDS. A TDS of 70 or so is just a guideline that generally works, it's not an absolute.
