I've never seen these things before until now.. I was doing a water change and also cleaning my filters and i noticed a bunch of these in the canister filter.. Tiny little worms..

Are these Callamanus worms ? If so how do i kill them ? Will prazipro work or do i need something else ?

Don't know what it is but you could isolate a few in a container and put prazi in it see if it kills them.

they could possibly be red midge larvae, laid at the surface of water by an adult insect and then hatched and grown in the tank.

camallanus worms r very thin and hang out the anus of the fish. when they are small they are hard to see, but as they grow they become more apparent.

Look like bloodworm to me. As Kyla said, they are the larvae of midges. Free food for your discus.

correct I wasn't trying to be snarky just trying to get you better info. you could also invest in a cheap microscope like I did and get a good book on parasites to compare to. Best advice my vet ever gave to me...

Detritus worms? Is that a real thing? It's almost like calling a cockroach a garbage beetle. I mean, unless there really is a 'detritus' worm... please don't take offense nc0gnet0, i'm just surprised to hear of such a thing...

Once again a cheap microscope would of shown the shape of the head and eye's. Planarian are one of the basics to look at small enough to wonder(naked eye) but big enough to see well under a lower power scope

My first guess would have been planaria. But hard to tell from your pic.
