Is anything alternative of Praziquantel ?

I am not getting "Praziquantel" for de-worming my discus. After searching all I have found is below:

1. What is the ratio/gallon ? How to use ?
2. How long it need to continue for each treatment ?
3. can it be use for fry ?

Will be helpful if you have any advise regarding this from your own.

I have NOT used on frys.
I only use it as 24hrs bath, 1/4 tsp per 100 gallons (adult fish).
