White Stringy solid discus poo... HELP!?

one of my discus just pooed white solid and stringy... what does this mean? i have him in a 95 gallon planted tank, with 5 otherdiscus. what should i do? pics and video attached.95104

I would put him in a hospital tank, provide clean water daily and monitor closely. Is he eating? Water params? History of the tank, etc.

Im guessing tape worms protruding from this pic.
If that is the case praziquantel should be applied ,and I would treat all of them together.

P.s. pimple on his back fin may be a sign of a low quality water, so try changing more water and clean the gravel , filters, glass regulary.
