I remember this happening quite a while ago, glad it ended well finally. It's been a fight for a while.

I thought this was a joke when I first read of it years back.

He should have been able to register the trademark too.

Now we just need some good documentaries about what garbage these drinks are.

Finally the law got it right in favor of the smaller guy. I signed that petition when this news broke maybe 2 + years ago and glad it went this way.
