Review this tank & suggest ...!

Hello Guys ... Hope u all are good ...
I am new to discus & Simply Discus too ... I wanna show you guys my tank just to view & suggest things to improve this .
I read much things about Bare Bottom , its simplicity & also for maintenance . so i go with bare bottom as i don't have much experience with Discus too .
so I need your expert suggestions to keep this tank healthy & beautiful .

Some Info :
Stock : 6 Discus (4" inches) , 3 Gouramis (I want to remove) , 5 Neon Tetra (actually 12 before but my Discus love to eat them, I guess:confused:)
Filtration : 2 Sponge Filter , one as built filter which is actually sit on top filter , almost 3/4 in length of the aquarium ( Sponge & ceramic Rings )
Water : 60% to 70% WC 3 times in a week with tap water 9564895649

P.S.: I have a budget to spend on this aquarium in this week (almost 150USD), I wanna buy a Canister Filter (SunSun 304B) what you suggest ,Am i spending on the right thing at this time or
I need to spend on some thing else.

Hi Riaz and welcome to Simply. Since you are new to discus I am going to suggest doing some research here. Start with this video which was done by the owner of SimplyDiscus and is an hour well spent.

A small note on tankmates. Always review on whether the fish are tolerate the warmer temps discus require. For example your neon tetras burnout quick at higher temps. Cardinal tetra are a better choice.

Thanks Pat. & Ak. ... Before I register to simply i already downloaded this video & watched In parts ... but not watched in detail ... ill defenatly watch that again at once & check that link too ... thanks for u both ...
I recently bought a Sunsun Canister 303B & really happy to have it , water is great , discus are v. happy ... Just upload a video please review & suggesst
I m thinking to remove the background & put a lite Blue ( If I Found Any ) & also replace gouramis with some Golden Rams .
