All fry are eating on their own but I have noticed 5 of them are double and some triple the size of the fry. Should I cull the smaller fry or place them in another tank?
How old are they? Some fry will be smaller, but doesn't necessarily mean they are runts and should be culled. Some do cull all but the largest fry, but I suspect this results in male heavy broods.

I would keep them with the others for another few weeks. If you see obviously sick or deformed ones, I'd cull those. Give it a couple more weeks.
