1, maybe 2 of my fry look normal. The rest have deformed dorsal fins. From reading I guess its my fault for keeping them in mostly RO water. Not enough calcium?

A lack of calcium will cause dorsal deformity.Sometimes deformed fry is the result of water changes that are very small.Yours are prime candidates to be culled.

A lack on minerals or bacterial issues from dirty water.

I had what I called "flat tops" once. Cary said that it was because my kH was too high. I quit using my RO waste and I never had the problem again.

pretty much all my brilliant fry had this, My pigeons born a week prior did not. both had same water...tap. I focused too much on the pigeons and slacked with the brilliants. not enough water changes and dirty filter. I culled most, saved maybe 10 but I will probably cull those too.
In my case I chalk it up to bacterial.
All I can say is "**** happens" then start over.
