Something I noticed that helps a lot with vitamins is crushing them, then letting them soak in your garlic. I use powdered garlic so I add the crushed pills, garlic powder and some ro water to a blender. Using just enough ro water you'll end with a thick liquid. Kind of the same thickness as condensed sweetened milk.
