1000+ yrs of combined forum discus keeping knowledge (or) 100 years of extremely reputed breeder knowledge ...

"15 adults/25 4 inch juvies per 300 litres ,Generally you should change 10-20 % of the water every week or 30 % of the water every two weeks."

Hi kroyin and welcome to Simply. Sounds like you went and found something that suits how you wish to keep your fish? Perhaps it is best to do some research so what you do suits the fish. :D

I had 15 of 2-3 inch ones in my 60 gallon for the past 7 weeks . 80% WC each day (red blue markers in the left hand side of photo).
A week back all best laid plans went for a toss, totally fell in love with two 4 inch rafflesia.

Yes venture it is :-D, Doing hour long water changes while the temperature is 100+F (atmospheric not water) may be good for fishes, but not for humans.

Not complaining though :-)
