So I bought some tropical floating plants. The shop said it's water lettuce, but it doesn't look like one to me. Can someone ID it for me please? Sorry if the image is not too clear. I bought floating plant because I try to avoid planted anything on substrate, make it easier to clean the sand, and because I wanted to create a shade so that the discus will not get too stress under my Kessil light. It works beautifully, they swim freely everywhere now even to the top part.

This is water sprite. The leaf changes shape when floating.

Cant really see well in that photo; but I see what could be frogbit. Frogibit will be like individual round leaves similar to a water lilly. Water Sprite will have branched leaves almost similar to the shape of an oak leaf.
