I have a 600 and 3 90 gallon tanks I want to use for breeding and grow out. I want to know as the title says how many can I put in a 600 and still have them reach full size.

The rule of thumb is 1 adult discus per 10 gallons of water, so for a 600 gallon tank, you could raise 60 fry to adulthood. Of course, you could have more than that number if you are planning to grow them to the juvenile stage and selling a few before growing the rest out to adulthood. By the way, unless I misunderstood you, for breeding tanks, the 90s are much to large. In a large tank the fry have difficulties finding the parents to attach to. I bred some discus in a 55 gallon tank and the fry never attached. Either a 20 gallon or 29 gallon high is generally recommended and, during the attachment phase, most people lower the tank volume to 50% or so.

the 90's have 3 glass partitions so its really 9 30 gallons in 3 90 gallon tanks.

Take out the partitions and use the ninety at first. Heavy feedings with tons of fish, if correctly done, will have you changing 500-600g of water a day every day.

The most important thing is the water quality so how much water are you willing to change a day? That will determine the load.
