Well I'm gonna take the plunge it's not gonna happen over night but I've decided to turn my single car garage into a fish room on a small scale. Looking for people with experience of duo's and don't's. The plan is to do 6-8 55 gallons and 6 breeding pairs. I do have 4 seasons where I live. Insulation of the garage is going to need to be done and no questions about it. I plan to have hard plumbing to drain tanks. I'm thinking of using a tankless water heater to heat my water out of my storage tank..thoughts on this or experiences? I want to run a splitter to the inlet so I can use ro water on a pump to pressurize thru the system and then on the other side of the splitter cold tap on a ball valve so if I want to fill growouts I can do so. What's the best way to run electrical on the stand or on the wall? I'm just going to use a heavy duty metal shelving unit. Found at menards. Let me know your thoughts. Lastly I have a humidifier I want to use short term but will likely upgrade to a heat exchanger if all goes as planned

If you are good at doing searches I think both my garage enclosure fish room and my fish house build are on here some place.
