Sump size for 120 gallon? Pump size? Bulkhead size?

Hello everyone!
I've been busy reading around and working on my 120 gallon aquarium. Now the question that needs your answer:

1.) what size of sump is good?
2.) is ehiem 1262 ok?
3.) how many bulkhead and size of bulkhead needed?
4.) will it generate too much current for the discus?

I have a model eheim 1260 on my 75 with no problems. I run a 40g sump and that is a great size to fit anything you need in there. I'd suggest that size just from personal experience with it.

As far as bulkheads, what kind of overflow do you plan on using for this set up?

Just a DIY reverse overflow where the water comes from under the overflow box so it will sweep poop as well.
