moving discus in new tank with other new discus

I have 37 inch tank and i have two discus in the tank. also i have qt tank in that tank i have 5 discus fish like 3-4 inch than i change my tank to 55 gallon and step up the tank and last night i transfer all the fish in 55 gallon tank they are all fine. but one discus that i already have in the 37 gallon tank that one is lay down in the bottom of the tank today. water temp is 82f everything is good. Please help me. to save the fish.

It may be some kind of cross contamination issue since you have mixed discus from 2 different sources.
It ussualy takes 2-3 weeks after mixing them to be sure that some of the two groups hasn't got something from the other.

For now i would just keep them in pristine water , do regular WCs ,observe their further behaviour, and hope for the best.
