New here but not to discus. Ive been keeping and breeding them for some time now. Ive got many strains and tanks. Right now Im currently groing out a batch if Sapphire Ruby Discus.

I'm preparing for a move! Not looking forward to moving all this and more. The move will probably be the reason I miss the NADA show in IL. But it will be worth it. The new place gives me 5x the amount of room for tanks and breeding.

I would watch the discus in this last group closely. Their eyes look a little dull which is typically a sign of something amiss.

I noticed it originally in these pics as well. Hmmm... That was taken mid february i think (ill have to check time stamp). Right after they came out of QT. They came from Kenny then straight to QT. Since the group has formed 2 happy producing pairs. Could it have been stress from transfer from QT?

The pair up top is from that group. I'm very interested as they were my second major $$$ purchase of discus. First was from Chicagodiscus.

Not bad word, simply difficult to get optimal growth. Not impossible mind you, but simply more difficult.
