Just wanted to share another project of mine. This is an Aqua Design Amano ( ADA) 30cm system. The tank itself is 3.5 gallons and has LED lighting, complete ADA filtration and pressurized co2. The tank has only been planted for a few days.

Off to a great start Zach.
The plants are bursting with colours and contrast , I love their look .I hope you'll manage to keep them in such a great shape.

But you are lacking a bit of hardscape here buddy, a couple of interesting stones or drift woods would make this tank complete ADA design.

Thank you. I purposely left out any hardscape as I wanted is to be a simple project, I have hornwood and unzan stone as well as other materials. This was actually a aquascape style I first saw on ADA view that I liked.

Very cool!

Thanks! If it is of interest to you check back periodically as I will try to do updates every so often. Already seeing good growth over the weekend but not worth trying to upload pictures. Constant issues lol. Will make the one week mark this Friday so I'll be adding some otocinclus and Amano shrimp. At the rate of growth I am seeing, I should have a full carpet within the month.

Also, it is currently next to my computer on desk but the glass stand arrives tomorrow so I should everything set up. I will try to upload if the site allows.

Very nice Zach. Have you considered moving the diffuser behind the plants? How are you liking that dual return pipe?

Thanks guys. Yesterday was day 19 and resulted in a major trim as the growth was getting into the filter pipes.

Ricardo, there are two pieces of glass on the left, one is the inflow and one is the outflow.

Nope no beer, that's in the fridge ;)

On the next aquascape I will incorporate driftwood but for now wanted a simple layout, but with the plant growth as fast as it is, it is becoming a chore. The next layout will be moss and bolbitis fern with a sand foreground.

Yeah, I know, but isn't that return the one that expels water from both sides?

Outstanding setup, looking great, luv it! Your set up reminded me of the ADA mini S setup I had in 2009. I bet you paid some serious cash for all the ADA stuff, but the bottom line is just it's an complete ADA system and it's looks great my friend. Enjoy it, just wish I could do it again, just into to discus keeping now.

Ricardo, sorry yes it is the spin version. It still supplies ample flow to the tank but not a straight burst. I love it.
