Since i'm not looking to grow plants, went the cheap DIY way

HARDWARE

----3 x 1/2 inch aluminium U channels
----3 x 6 watt ceiling mount LED lights
----EBAY Waterproof SMD5050 colour changing strip with remote
---- 2 x Glass to Metal clamps
----Scrap Glass from Aquarium build, hooks & nylon thread.

If i convert the costs of raw materials it works out to be ~25$ (converted from Indian Rupees :-)).

The power usage is ~30 Watts

This is how the current setup looks (still a Work in Progress)

Glass Attachment (siliconed together). Picture also shows the attachment of aluminium channels using the Glass clamps.

There are 3 channels. 1 for handing Square LED lights, 2 for sticking the LED strips

Hanging the LED Lights

Switching off the SQUARE LEDS makes it a nice night lighting setup.
