Does anyone Dehydrate Beef Heart

I don't have any Discus yet but am wondering if anyone has dehydrated beef heart recipes instead of freezing. Seeing as how dehydrated foods last without refrigeration.

I don't think I have seen or heard of anyone doing this with discus, I think you would run into an issue with the beef heart hydrating enough for the fish to be able to pick the chunk apart.
